The arts has been a prominent part of my life ever since I was a child. I saw my first theatrical production at the age of eight, a one act play of O. Henry’s The Ransom of Red Chief.

I was absolutely blown away, I had only ever seen things like this performed on a television. I vowed from then on to partake in theatre productions any chance that I can get.

Theatre since then has allowed me to blossom as a person both on stage, and off, and now I’m in it for the long run with Summer Stock Austin.

This will be my second year in SSA’s Company, and I am so thrilled to be working with these amazingly talented people once again. One thing that I absolutely love about this company is that when you walk into to the rehearsal space, you’re welcome, no matter who you are. You could be a literal lizard person and I’m almost certain you’d still fit in.
