Back Home Patriots was founded by Don Reilly with one mission: to support Veterans with physical, mental, and financial needs. Many Veterans live with PTSD and often need someone to advocate on their behalf.

Our mission is simple: We focus on giving a hand up, not a hand out. Through community nominations, we identify Veterans in need and step in to offer meaningful assistance. In recent months, requests for our support have grown significantly – and we are determined to meet the call.

We are excited to announce our Fourth Annual Fundraising Event on Saturday, November 8, 2025. The need continues to grow each year, and we would be honored to have your support in making it the most impactful yet.
