Developing high-quality and meaningful WORKSHOPS in the art of the book, both in-person and virtually, for families, adults, and children.
Re-launching the OPEN STUDIO program - inviting more students and artists to access the fully-equipped bindery and printshop.
Conducting OUTREACH in the community to elevate the book arts as a more accessible medium for creativity and self-expression.

The Austin Book Arts Center is a non-profit makerspace. We rely on charitable donations to continue to offer affordable or free programming to central Texas and beyond! Since our founding in 2015, ABAC has provided a meaningful connection to community, including developing bilingual KITS & VIDEOS for K-12 teachers and students. Help us continue the momentum in creating vital programming and spreading the good news of the book arts to an even greater audience!
