Founded with a vision to embrace, empower, and equip, minority women and girls, ConqHer, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering success in personal, professional, and academic pursuits. For nearly a decade, ConqHer has championed the mental wellness and leadership development of women and girls, providing them with the tools and opportunities to thrive in today’s world.

ConqHer focuses on serving underserved communities, particularly those in Title 1 schools, through innovative programming and impactful events. Signature initiatives include the Shine Program, which mentors girls aged 10-13 in financial literacy, personal development, and interpersonal relationships; the What Now Program, a 13-week leadership and workforce development series for high school juniors, seniors, and first-generation college students; and the DreamHer Spring Camp, which is a S.T.E.A.M focused camp for girls ages 11-15.

The organization’s commitment to community shines through annual events like the Back to School Drive, MLK Service Day, Girls Giving, and the Christmas Toys for Tots event, which serves families in need. Through these initiatives, ConqHer has distributed vital resources, mentorship, and encouragement to hundreds of families across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Beyond programming, ConqHer extends its impact by partnering with corporations, nonprofits, and community leaders to create paid internship opportunities, provide mental health resources, program development, and financial literacy resources to women in business. This collaborative approach has allowed ConqHer to touch the lives of countless girls and women, helping them transform dreams into reality.
