This year’s event will host a Dinner, a Silent Auction, Candles for purchase, a Program, Awards presentation, and Live Music and Dancing with Cheryl Brown and Friends! We will have customized candles available to purchase and fantastic silent auction items! The approximate address is 611 S. 8th Street. Both the Parking Lot and Gate 2 are located on the southwest corner of the stadium, near Paddy O’s (restaurant/bar). Our 54th Anniversary is a grand milestone! It's a glimpse of the organization's past and a look into our future. As a part of this celebration, we honor the accomplishments of our dedicated healthcare heroes and partners. Currently, we serve over 30,000 patients annually, most of whom live at or below the poverty line and/or cannot afford health insurance. We recognize there are thousands of individuals who are not receiving our services but desperately need them. This is why our mission continues to grow. Our mission has expanded operations to five locations including several school-based sites.
Proceeds from this event will support our $24MM capital campaign, The Care STL Health’s Ville Wellness Campus. This 46,000 square foot sustainably designed campus will include traditional medical, dental, and social services plus cardiac care, oncology, physical & occupational therapy, enhanced radiology services, expanded behavioral health services, chiropractic care, and substance abuse/prevention programming. Plus, the campus will include gardens, walking trails, and affordable housing for families and seniors. It is imperative that we successfully fill healthcare gaps in The Ville neighborhood, an underserved and historically African American North St. Louis community. This is the growth and future of our mission. This is a costly endeavor, but one that must be done.
