Wendy Harpp is hosting her 5th-annual Climb for Fight CRC to raise awareness for colorectal cancer. The hike will take place on August 3 at 9am at Shelving Rock Falls trailhead (same place as last 4 years).

Each mountain we climb — every road we walk down — elevates the standard by raising funds for research in the fight against colorectal cancer.

This 3.4 mile hike is open to all ages! We welcome anyone connected to colorectal cancer, from survivors and family members to friends and medical professionals -- or anyone who wants to make an impact in the fight against colorectal cancer while getting active!

When we finish our hike, we will meet at Common Roots Brewery in South Glens Falls where food and beverages will be available. This year we will have a silent auction and lots of Fight CRC merch, as well as a cornhole tournament (more info below)!

Our Climb fundraising goal for 2024 Climb for a Cure is $20,000 to support our Path to a Cure for colorectal cancer, as we work to empower and inform patients while driving policy change and breakthrough research.

After we finish our Climb, the fun will continue with a cornhole tournament at Common Roots.

Tournament Format: Switcholio! Switcholio is a blind draw round robin in which players get a new partner for every game, and get ranked on an individual basis. After rounders are over, each player will be assigned a partner to play in a double elimination tournament.
