The Thurber House was a critical part of our daughter's education as a young writer in high school. Several of her stories were published in their literary journal, "Flip the Page." She also learned the editorial process by participating in the editorial board of that publication. In college, she has gone on to take a Minor in English, with a Certificate in Creative Writing. As an undergraduate, she has now had three pieces published in the Short Vine journal for undergraduate writers from all over the country, and one in the Ohio Writers' Association journal for emerging and professional writers.
