My name is Roman, and I’m an artist, curator, designer, and entrepreneur based in South Los Angeles. Over the past few months, my life has completely shifted — not just in my work but my personal life.

Since early this year, I’ve been the sole caregiver for my father, whose health is been in serious decline. As his only son, the emotional and physical responsibility of caregiving has been heavy — especially because our relationship hasn’t been the best. Still, I’ve chosen to care for him with compassion and dignity, walking in forgiveness and love, as a reflection of my faith and values.

But here’s the part people don’t always see:
I’m still an artist in the middle of this.
I’m still creating, still building, still pushing forward for my own career and future — because art is not just what I do, it’s how I survive.

Between changing medical equipment, advocating for support, and managing my father’s daily needs, I’m also designing a fashion line, planning community events, and preparing a deeply personal art exhibit that explores the emotional journey of caregiving, healing, and legacy.

I started on Go Fund me but its taking fees and has its own way of controlling how resouces are moved around. And im also dealing with people who are praying on my down fall and I feel much safer having donations on this page where its more private.
