What do you find most rewarding about your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my current at Riverside Research is the synergy between supporting brilliant minds and fostering their professional growth. I find it incredibly fulfilling to contribute to research and development that impacts national security and the public interest.
Generally, I find the positive interactions with team members the most` rewarding part of any HR leadership role I've held. As a strategic HR leader, I am able to ensure that business objectives are aligned with the realities of the people driving those objectives forward. I have always said "without the right talent, and an engaged team, a business simply cannot be successful" and this is a statement that truly underpins my work in HR. This translates to ensuring that the organization provides a competitive compensation package, cultivates equity and inclusion, and helps develop their people.
