Join us on April 6th for Resilient Rhapsody-Reggae at the Retreat, a Caribbean-themed fundraiser benefiting Resilient Retreat! This vibrant event will support our no-cost holistic programs and retreat experiences for adult survivors of trauma and abuse, including first responders and helping professionals who experience trauma in the workplace. Guests will be transported from Cuba to Jamaica to Hawaii with tropical food stations featuring dishes like Jerk Chicken, Poke Bowls, Cuban Sandwiches, Ropa Vieja, Hawaiian Meatballs, Rice and Beans, and more! Dance to the infectious reggae beats of the Suncoast's own Jah Movement, a community favorite, and enjoy tropical mocktails, beer, wine, seltzers, and Rum Punch. Get into the rhythm with fun line dances like the Electric Slide, join the conga line, or test your flexibility in the limbo contest—all while supporting a great cause. Tickets are $100, with a Patron Ticket available for $175, and sponsorship opportunities are still available. The evening will also feature a lively live auction with exciting prizes, including private boat excursions, a trip to a private villa in sunny Mexico, and staycation options here in Sarasota.
