Proceeds from this annual event go towards the Berwyn Fire Company General Operating Fund and help us to keep our ambulance and emergency services operations running smoothly. Tax-Deductible Guidelines:

Turkey Sponsorships and additional monetary donations are eligible to be tax-deductible. No goods or services were provided in exchange for any turkey sponsorships or general monetary donations.

All monies used to purchase raffle tickets are not tax-deductible.

Silent auction baskets are only tax-deductible if the amount paid exceeds the value of the basket. You will need to subtract the value of the item from your purchase price to calculate your total donation and only the excess amount is considered deductible. Please note, some types of items (such as professional services) are not considered tax-deductible and we suggest you clarify with a tax professional should you plan to do itemized deductions.
