Dear Familia,

We feel deeply blessed, excited, and honored to share our upcoming mission — a pilgrimage of peace and prayer across the Middle East — and we would love for you to be part of it and help us make it a reality.

According to ancient Mayan prophecy, when humanity falls out of harmony with nature, the spirit of cacao travels to the lands and hearts most in need of healing and remembrance.

Tata Francisco, a Mayan Wisdom Keeper and cacao ceremonialist of the Kaqchikel lineage from Guatemala, has heard a clear calling to share the ancestral teachings of his people with the lands of Israel. Guided by pure intention, he will lead this journey to help people reconnect with the elements, the sacred fire, and the heart-opening spirit of cacao — and to raise a collective prayer for peace, not only for the Middle East, but for the whole world.

He says:

“I am here to share the prophecy of my ancestors: there is only one sacred fire, and it is uniting us in these times — together with Ixcacao, who connects us to our true essence. This is the moment for us, Mayas, to bring the medicine to the Middle East, to our brothers and sisters who are feeling the need, the pain, and the suffering. Our mission is to support them in their individual processes and to elevate the collective frequency. We are bringing this prayer — to be together, in harmony, in peace. We invite you to connect with our hearts and our mission, to support us in the best way you can, and to pray with us.”

His vision is to create gentle, heart-centered spaces where people can gather in ceremony — to release, to remember, and to reconnect.

During this pilgrimage, we plan to share:

Four fire ceremonies across different locations in Israel.
Cacao ceremonies and wisdom talks, connecting to the Spirit of Cacao
Two desert ceremonies, honoring the silence and vastness of the land
Pilgrimages to sacred sites such as the Sea of Galilee, Jordan River, Dead Sea, and the Old City of Jerusalem — including the Wailing Wall and Via Dolorosa

Our prayer is simple — to bring light, love, and remembrance to places that hold deep history and emotion.
Through the ancestral fire, through cacao, and through shared presence, we aim to nurture unity and healing for all hearts.

This fundraiser will help us cover the basic expenses of our mission and everything will go towards holding a strong container of prayers, healing and transformation. The funds collected will go towards:

Travel from Europe to Israel and back (for our team of six): 4x tickets from Europe to Israel - 1000 USD, 2x tickets back to Guatemala: 1500 USD, 2x tickets back to Europe: 600 USD = 3000 USD
Food and accommodation for our team of 6 + people that will help us produce this events during our three week stay: 2000 USD for food and 2000 USD for accommodation
Ceremonial cacao from Guatemala and other sacred tools: 2000 USD
Local transportation within Israel (car rental, buses and train rides): 1000 USD
Any additional costs that may arise on the journey = plus extra 1000 USD.

How this vision became a mission

As Familia Cacao, we walk the path of the heart — a path guided by love, compassion, courage, and service.

Since 2022, we’ve been bringing the living Mayan wisdom from Guatemala to Europe. Through our three tours in 2022, 2023, and 2025, we’ve created deep spaces of healing and remembrance — places where people reconnect to their joyful essence, open their hearts, and come together as one human family.

Across these years, we’ve shared Mayan cacao and fire ceremonies, retreats, and pilgrimages to sacred sites — springs, mountains, and also modern cities — carrying with us the prayer of love and unity for all beings.

Along this journey, we met beautiful souls from Israel who joined our circles. From these connections, a new calling has arisen — a call to bring this prayer, this medicine, to the Holy Land.
To offer the spirit of cacao — the medicine that reminds us of who we truly are: loving, innocent children of Mother Earth.
