Join us for a special evening as we celebrate 20 incredible years of OAR’s Boathouse—a milestone honoring the passion, perseverance, and people who have made Olympia Area Rowing what it is today. On Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 6:00–9:00 PM at the Thurston Expo Center (3054 Carpenter Rd SE, Lacey, WA), we’ll gather to honor our history and toast to the future.

Enjoy a warm welcome reception, buffet dinner, inspiring stories from past and present OAR members, and a look back at two decades of rowing excellence through photos, video, and heartfelt reflections. The evening will also feature “Raise the Paddle” opportunities supporting vital projects like the Dock Fund and Gretchen Steiger Youth Scholarship Fund, helping ensure the next generation of rowers can continue to thrive. Dress in business casual attire—with OAR colors encouraged—and get ready for a night of connection, celebration, and community spirit. Let’s commemorate our shared journey and row forward together into the next 20 years!
