In-Person Holiday Whiskey Raffle Join us for our 4th Annual Holiday Whiskey Raffle on Saturday, December 13 at the Monticello Community Center (505 Walnut Street, Monticello, MN 55362). Tickets will be sold in person only, starting at 12:00 noon CST on the day of the event.
