As the holiday season approaches, we at the Lake Superior Zoo are excited to announce our online silent auction! We invite you to join us in this festive endeavor, where your support can make a meaningful impact on our mission to connect people to the natural world.

The Howl-iday Silent Auction is your chance to shop 100% online from the comfort of your couch, all while supporting the Lake Superior Zoo! Featuring a fantastic selection of items donated by generous local businesses, this auction benefits our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which relies on admission, donations, and fundraising to operate. The auction runs throughout November, ending on the 30th, with items available for pick up starting December 2nd—just in time for the holidays! Plus, we’ll be adding new items throughout the month, so be sure to check back frequently for fresh finds. Don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity to give back while scoring unique gifts!

Everything the Lake Superior Zoo does is in service to creating those vital connections. From early childhood education to college internships to our Zoo for All program, we are dedicated to meeting people’s need for natural connection and inspiration.

Creating these opportunities requires dedication, hard work, and, most of all, collaboration. We bring together people of all ages and backgrounds every day to form lasting connections with animals and each other. Our educational programs, which include outreach initiatives, day camps, a licensed nature-based preschool, homeschool classes, our Zoo Crew teen program, and field trips, engage and inspire learners at every stage of life.
