Chopin Theatre presents a free public performance by Vlaggendansgroep Symbolica, Saturday, July 12 at 7 PM. This dynamic group - 34 performers ages 10-19 from Genk, Belgium - has been sharing their bold, modern take on flag dancing for over 50 years. 

Symbolica is visiting Chicago as part of their self-organized tour and is traveling on ESTA. They are not receiving payment, and we are pleased to offer Chopin's Mainstage for this special one-night-only event. This unique opportunity came together quickly; your support will help us make it happen -- free of charge for all attendees.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Chopin Theatre relies on  contributions to present cultural exchanges like this. We’re aiming to raise $2,000 to help cover:

• Venue Operations (sound, lighting, HVAC)
• Promotion (so Chicagoans know it’s happening)
• Onsite Support (basic technical and logistical help for the group)
