🐾🚒 Help save Stoney!

Sometimes we rescue them just in time and don’t even know it.

We rescued Stoney off the street last week and she was seemingly healthy other than being covered in fleas and nervous. Until she wasn’t.

Over the last 48 hours, she started rapidly losing weight, although she was eating tremendous amounts of food. Then started the diarrhea and lethargy. We rush her to our primary vet yesterday morning, who ended up hospitalizing her for the day.

She was severely dehydrated, very anemic, and battling a serious parasite infection. After it was time for pick up, we she was not OK still, and barely responsive to her foster mom. 💔 We transferred her to the ER where she has been since last night receiving treatment.

She’s about 4.5 mths old and the sweetest girl. We are so grateful we found her when she did or it would be a very horrible situation for her out there alone.
