Meet Amarion Dickerson – Cleveland’s own road to USC 🏀

Born on January 17, 2003, in Cleveland and raised in a single‑parent household, Amarion faced more uncertainty than most. He often bounced between homes, relying on his mom, grandma, and aunties to get by—and never knowing where his next meal might come from . But in the face of hardship, Amarion never backed down. Instead, he turned his childhood struggles into fuel for his dreams.

From Rhodes High School on Cleveland’s West Side—where he helped reshape the culture of a team that was always counted out—to Mineral Area College, where he emerged as the nation’s top JUCO shot‑blocker, Amarion has earned every step of his path .

At Robert Morris University, he dominated in the Horizon League: Defensive Player of the Year, All‑League Second Team, and a standout in March Madness with 25 points and 9 rebounds against Alabama. This spring, Amarion committed to USC, ready to bring his relentless defense and leadership to the Trojans under Coach Musselman .
