Mentoring plays a critical role in helping students develop a strong college-going identity. It supports them in becoming comfortable navigating campus spaces and fosters a sense of belonging, helping them feel welcomed and valued in a college environment. The goal is to create meaningful opportunities for students to envision themselves as future college students.
