Hey y'all! My name is Tater Tot, and I am a counselor at Camp Kaleidoscope this year!
Camp Kaleidoscope is registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a community driven by passionate college student leaders that hosts a free week-long sleepaway camp for children who have or had a parent with cancer.
Camp is a place where we can be laughing and smiling making friendship bracelets one second but also know it's okay to cry and be sad the next. Grieving doesn't have to make sense here. Although everyone has different experiences, on some level we all understand and empathize with each other. Camp gave me a second family and I miss the kids I met every day.
This Giving Tuesday, please consider donating to Camp Kaleidoscope!
Your donation would mean a lot to us! Here is where your donation would go:
$20 - T-shirts for a camper
$50 - Art supplies for rotations
$75 - Dance party decorations
$100 - Unit snacks for a week
$500 - Send a camper to camp
$1000 - Fund a camp carnival
If you can't make a donation at this point, help me reach my goal by sharing this page on any social media platform or with anyone that might be interested in helping us out.
Thank you so much!
Tater Tot (Sofia Furbeck)
