The Key West community has lost one of its most recognizable and beloved personalities. Carl “Caffeine Carl” Wagoner brought music, laughter, and friendship to countless people over the years. His presence was a part of what made Key West feel like home.

Key West Civic Association is pledging to help raise funds that will go directly to the 1st Annual CarlFest. The inaugural event happened in November 2025 and raised significant funds and awareness. It was Carl & his Family's wish to make the annual event happen in Key West, each year at all his favorite places, and together with your help we'd like to make that a reality. Let’s give this Legend the farewell he deserves!
