Founded in 2008, the Carolina Headache Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the diagnosis, treatment, and understanding of migraine and headache disorders across North Carolina.  

We equip healthcare professionals—particularly family medicine residents—with specialized training in headache and migraine care.

Through innovative programs like PRIME (Preparing Residents through Instruction in Migraine Education), we are:

• Building a future where frontline providers deliver expert, compassionate migraine care from the very start of their careers.
