Make Cascade Locks Schools a permanent exhibit

The 2023 seasonal Cascade Locks Schools exhibit sparked more conversations than ANY other exhibit we have brought to the Cascade Locks Historical Museum. Between alumni flipping through yearbooks to relive their high school days, older folks seeing childhood photos of their grandparents for the first time, and tracing family names for genealogy researchers- keeping this content out and available is vital to our community. 

We are seeking funding to print museum-quality exhibit panels for display alongside school-related objects. These new panels will enhance the experience by including higher-quality, larger prints of the photos that were on the temporary exhibit panels, larger fonts, and an elevated feel that enhances the lasting impact of the exhibit and the timeless objects that the stories support. 

For $500, we can design and print the exhibit panels.

For $1500, we can build cool, hands-on interactive components that will make the exhibit even more engaging.
