I volunteer for the Castaways Against Cancer not only because it’s an amazing cause raising money for Cancer Research alongside UM Sylvester, but I really do it for all those who are currently battling or have fought the fight. I do this, to name a few, for: My grandfather, aunt, uncle, former teacher and dear friend Maribel Young, my friend's mom Tere Rodriguez, my husband’s aunts, my sister in law’s grandparents, mom and aunt- who have all passed away. For friends and family (especially Papa Bear, Alex S.) who are currently fighting and kicking cancer’s ass! And for all those friends’ relatives who are going through it. I’m here to help make a difference and help FIND A CURE!
