At the Community Care Development Network (CCDN), we believe that education is a cornerstone for personal and community growth. Our Education Support Services are designed to empower youth and young adults who face significant life challenges. Through our tailored programs, we offer a pathway to success for those who did not complete their high school credentials, are court-involved, or face other life barriers. Our unique approach integrates parenting support, mentorship, employment assistance, and educational advancement.
