At Community Care Development Network (CCDN), our most significant and most impactful program is the Life Services Program. Through this initiative, we assist families with essential human support services such as food, shelter, clothes, financial assistance, and resource referrals. Every month, we serve approximately 2,600-3,000 families, helping them navigate challenging times and build more stable, hopeful futures.
