Human Support Services

At Community Care Development Network (CCDN), our most significant and most impactful program is the Life Services Program. Through this initiative, we assist families with essential human support services such as food, shelter, clothes, financial assistance, and resource referrals. Every month, we serve approximately 2,600-3,000 families, helping them navigate challenging times and build more stable, hopeful futures.

Community Food Hubs

Families can register to receive up to 160 lbs of food twice monthly through our Community Food Hubs. Our food hubs provide a variety of groceries, including dry goods, canned goods, and fresh produce, ensuring that families have access to nutritious meals.

Essential Needs Assessments

We connect individuals with vital resources by partnering with churches and nonprofits. Our resource connections help with financial assistance, clothing, employment, and housing.
