Fahmida Ahmed-Bangert's Story
Kathak stands on the ageless principles of Tayari (preparation), Laikari (understanding of rhythm), Kubsurti (beauty), and Nazakat (subtlety). In today’s reality of a changing climate, we invoke these principles to not only strengthen ourselves, but also to live by our values.
