Celebrating Our Legacy, Shaping Our Future

On October 8, we invite you to join us at Club Café for a special evening honoring the people, partnerships, and accomplishments that have shaped Community Resource Initiative (CRI) for decades.

This celebration marks the retirement of Julie Marston, whose leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment have guided CRI through transformational growth and impact. Julie's dedication has helped strengthen our organization, expand access to life-saving services, and ensure that countless individuals received the care, support, and resources they needed to thrive.

The evening will also recognize the extraordinary contributions of CRI's current research team under Dr. Amy Colson's leadership and past research teams under Dr. Cal Cohen's leadership. For decades, their work advanced HIV research, expanded access to groundbreaking treatments, and helped improve health outcomes for people living with and affected by HIV. Their contributions have left a lasting mark on our community and on the broader field of public health.

As we honor these remarkable legacies, we will also look ahead. Together, we will celebrate the next chapter of CRI under the leadership of Executive Director Randie Kutzen and share our vision for the future. While our organization continues to evolve, our commitment to improving lives through compassionate care, prevention, education, and advocacy remains stronger than ever.

This evening is more than a retirement celebration. It is an opportunity to reflect on where we've been, recognize those who helped us get here, and invest in what comes next.

Your ticket purchase and additional gifts directly support CRI's ongoing work to advance public health, provide critical services, and strengthen our communities across Massachusetts.

Join us as we celebrate our legacy, honor Julie's remarkable career, recognize decades of research excellence, and help shape CRI's future.
