CenterLight Health System: Advancing Care, Community, and Dignity for Older Adults

For more than 40 years, CenterLight Health System has helped older adults age in place with dignity by providing access to high-quality, comprehensive care and meaningful connections within their communities.

CenterLight is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and proudly operates the nation’s largest not-for-profit Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a nationally recognized model regarded as the gold standard in care for older adults. Our PACE program serves more than 6,700+ participants across New York City, Westchester, and Long Island through 11 PACE Centers and an Alternative Care Setting designed to meet the cultural and spiritual needs of the South Asian community in Queens. Two additional Alternative Care Settings are currently in development.

Beyond PACE, CenterLight supports aging New Yorkers across the continuum of care through programs such as Matter of Care Home Health Services.
