In a world where many young people are being influenced by violence, peer pressure, emotional struggles, and poor decision-making, Committee for King believes our youth deserve something different — they deserve to be equipped.

The 2026 Youth Summit was created to empower youth ages 10–19 with tools that strengthen rather than destroy.

Theme: Equipped: Choose Your Weapon

Throughout the summit, participants will explore what it truly means to choose their weapon. Not weapons that harm others, but weapons such as wisdom, self-control, leadership, purpose, positive influence, emotional awareness, and nonviolence.

Through powerful conversations, real-life stories, interactive training labs, and mentorship, youth will be challenged to think differently about their future, their choices, and their value. Throughout the summit, participants will explore what it truly means to choose their weapon. Not weapons that harm others, but weapons such as wisdom, self-control, leadership, purpose, positive influence, emotional awareness, and nonviolence.

Through powerful conversations, real-life stories, interactive training labs, and mentorship, youth will be challenged to think differently about their future, their choices, and their value.

The day will conclude with the Weapon of Purpose: Expression Zone, where participants will release emotions, reflect deeply, set goals, write letters to their future selves, and commit to making positive changes.
