CFOCM Multi-Service Drop-In Center Readiness Fund (Camden)

CFOCM USA–Africa is preparing to open a Multi-Service Drop-In Center in Camden, providing a safe and supportive environment for adults 18 years and older.

Before the Center can open its doors, the City of Camden requires a series of Phase 1 Readiness Steps to ensure the building is safe, legal, and fully compliant. These include:

• Zoning verification and permit filings
• Building and safety inspections
• Certificate of Occupancy
• Fire safety compliance
• Restroom and hygiene facility upgrades
• Essential repairs and renovations
• Insurance adjustments

These readiness requirements must be completed before a lease is signed or services can begin.
This fund is dedicated to covering the initial costs needed to move forward wisely, legally, and with full stewardship of the vision the Lord has entrusted to us.
