We are a statewide faith-based non-profit, that helps build the capacity of faith leaders & their members so they're equipped (through alliances & partnerships) to develop, serve, and build a healthier community and thriving neighborhood.

Did you know that?

African American individuals, families, and communities experience greater amounts of disparities and inequities across social determinants.

Such as:

- Healthy food access

- Income

- Educational attainment and opportunities

- Employability

- Poor health outcomes

and more....

African American communities have been historically excluded from the allocation of resources at the local, county, state, and federal levels.

This is why we created Community FaithWorks, to bridge the gap, and to equip and train faith-based organizations and their leaders in low to moderate-income communities to know how to respond strategically and systemically to challenges and issues within these communities to foster community, economic development, and growth.

We are excited about all the great things CFW is planning to do in 2023!
