Join other BCSIS parents for a 60 minute Himalayan Kriya Flow on March 8 at 6:15pm at Louisville Community Yoga lead with parent Gena Wilson. Himalayan Kriya Flow offers an experience for adults, combining meditation, breathwork, movement and kriya. "Kriya" translates to evolutionary action. Kriyas are meant to awaken the mind, body and spirit, preparing you for your yoga flow. Kriya Flow layers breathwork and mudras, amongst the traditional asanas you may see in a "vinyasa" (move with breath) type class. The intention of a Kriya class is to build energy and channel it; increasing your stamina to live, breathe and move throughout life - on and off of the mat. All levels are encouraged and supported.
