Through her work, Charlotte is helping shape leaders who understand that true leadership flows not from striving, but from living out of the life of Christ within.

Equipping Leaders for Lasting Kingdom Impact

Charlotte co-leads an Institute for Transformational Leadership, a ministry devoted to the spiritual and practical formation of emerging and established leaders.

This work focuses on more than leadership skills—it centers on personal transformation, identity in Christ, and grace-based leadership that reflects the heart of Jesus.

Charlotte provides wisdom, mentoring, and steady guidance to help build and strengthen this growing initiative while navigating the challenges that come with developing an international leadership movement.

Training Leaders from the Nations

Currently, Charlotte is helping train 30 leaders from multiple nations through an intensive two-year transformational leadership program.

This program equips leaders to:

• Grow deeply in their identity in Christ

• Develop Christ-centered leadership practices

• Experience personal and spiritual transformation

• Influence their churches, ministries, and communities with clarity, courage, and grace

These leaders will go on to impact countless others, multiplying the message of grace and Christ-centered leadership across nations.
