CRA was founded to build relationships with Chicagoans affected by HIV and drug use, creating options for making any positive change. We are preventing death, sickness, and marginalization with people who use drugs, building power and co-creating resources through our mobile syringe services program, HIV/STI testing, drug checking, and community referrals.
