Child Aid Malawi works to create safe, supportive communities where children and young people can grow, learn, and reach their full potential.

Since 2013, we have served children, young people, families, and communities across Malawi through:

Early Childhood Development Centres that provide learning, play, nutrition, and developmental support
Training for caregivers, teachers, parents, and communities in inclusive education and disability support
Counselling and psychosocial support for children and adults
Mobility assessments and referrals for appropriate wheelchairs
Advocacy for the health, education, and reproductive rights of young people with disabilities
Small-business and village savings programs that support greater financial independence

We also train parents to care for children with disabilities, including children with cerebral palsy, and teach communities how to recognize early signs of disability.
