Lampion Center was founded in 1885 by a group of strong and committed local women to meet the needs of children and widows. Following their legacy of caring, we continue to move boldly to anticipate and engage with the evolving needs of families and individuals, many of whom are the most vulnerable in our community. Lampion Center’s services include counseling, adoption, family strengthening, and training in brain-based development and resilience. We are recognized for the strength of our services and meaningful impact. With strong and compassionate leaders, we are deeply rooted in serving as mental health advocates at the local, state, and national levels.
