Welcome to Santa’s Cowboy Workshop!

This holiday season, December 5th, 2026 the Oklahoma Cowboys Charitable Foundation is trading our cowboy hats for elf ears (well, maybe we’ll wear both!) to bring pure holiday magic to underserved children across our community.

Welcome to "Santa’s Cowboy Workshop," our annual Christmas Giveback event where our cowboys become Santa’s helpers to ensure every child feels seen, celebrated, and deeply valued. This event is much more than a party. It’s an unforgettable day filled with:

The thrill of horseback riding, honoring our rich Oklahoma Black cowboy heritage
Thoughtfully selected holiday gifts tailored to each child’s wishlist
Brand-new winter coats & clothing to provide essential warmth all winter long
Delicious holiday meals, festive crafts, games, and memories to last a lifetime

How You Can Support the Workshop

Whether you’re an individual, a family, a group of friends, or a corporate partner, there are several meaningful ways to make a lasting difference:

1. Become an Event Sponsor

Partner with us as an official Event Sponsor! Your business or family can directly fund major aspects of the workshop, such as meals, venue needs, horseback activities, or winter wear packages.

Take a look at our Sponsorship Deck image to explore sponsor tiers, branding opportunities, and community recognition levels.

2. Sponsor a Child (or Multiple Children!)

Bring holiday joy directly to a specific youth. Sponsoring a child covers their full holiday experience (including their personalized wish-list gifts, warm winter clothing, a nutritious holiday feast, and a day of festive activities).

Sponsor 1 Child: Provide an all-inclusive holiday experience for one youth.
Sponsor 2 to 5 Children: Multiply your impact and bring joy to multiple siblings or friends.

3. Make a General Donation

Every dollar helps Santa’s cowboy elves! Any amount you give goes directly toward event supplies, warm meals, treats, and seasonal essentials. No contribution is too small to bring a smile to a child’s face.

The Oklahoma Cowboys Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to celebrating and preserving the history and contributions of Black cowboys and cowgirls in Oklahoma through education, agriculture, outreach, and cultural preservation. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
