CHWF Hurricane Recovery Mission -Jamaica April 2026

In April 2026, the Caribbean Health & Wellness Foundation (CHWF) will deploy a volunteer team to Montego Bay, Jamaica to support communities still recovering from the devastating impact of Hurricane Melissa.

Through this on-the-ground recovery mission, CHWF volunteers will travel to the RoeHampton Community in the St. James Parish to distribute essential care packages, provide preventive health screenings, and psychosocial support services to individuals and families navigating the ongoing challenges of rebuilding after the storm.

 Many communities continue to face limited access to healthcare and basic resources following the hurricane. Our mission is to show up with compassion, dignity, and practical support for those who need it most.

We are working to raise $5,000 to support medical supplies, care packages, transportation of donated goods, and the logistics required to deliver these services on the ground.
