2025 has been one of the hardest years our communities have faced — from aggressive enforcement, wage theft, and detentions to rising xenophobia and family separation. Through it all, CIF Virginia has remained a lifeline: connecting workers to jobs, recovering stolen wages, offering leadership training, providing daily support at the Labor Center, and defending community members in their most vulnerable moments.
