Hosted by Counselors in the Community Association (CITCA), this vibrant gathering brings together families, youth, and community supporter to shine light on healing, resilience, and hope.

With music, art, wellness activities, and open conversations, GLOWFest empowers people of all ages to embrace their Growth, Liberty, Opportunity, and Will — the very pillars of our GLOW mission.
