Citizens Lab will work toward achieving a progressive civic infrastructure in Texas by providing training to the residents and connecting across issues. We form deep relationships with our partners and community members to recruit participants for our programs. We guide our participants through various programs that build on their lived experiences, culture, interconnectedness, and aspirations for themselves, their families, and their community. This mapping journey is essential as we transition to our innovative process of incorporating hands-on teaching tools with technology (ex: individual tablets, key applications, and digital resources), key location visits in their community, and learning exercises that allow for immersive and experiential learning.
