City River is a new coeducational, secular, independent high school opening in Cleveland in Fall 2027. We are building an intentionally diverse, college-preparatory renaissance school where students experience equal emphasis on academics, the arts, and daily physical movement so they graduate prepared not only for college, but for healthy, meaningful, and purposeful lives.

Our goal is to bring together students from across lines of difference and ensure that access to an exceptional education is not determined by family income. Your investment helps make this possible by supporting the foundational work of opening the school, including student wellness programming, daily athletics and fitness, proactive mental health support, and the financial assistance that allows a truly diverse student body to thrive together.
