The Hands On Atlanta Civic Leadership Program, powered by Constellation, trains volunteer leaders while supporting the needs of nonprofit agencies. Participants begin as Civic Fellows and develop into Civic Leaders through ongoing leadership training, experiential learning, and mentoring provided by Hands On Atlanta staff, alumni and partners.

There are 21 Civic Fellows in the 2022 class supporting these incredible organizations from October 2021 - April 2022.
