This initiative addresses a critical need that surfaced throughout our collaborations with dozens of pastors and churches around the country. This cohort is designed to support pastors and Christian ministry leaders in midlife (late-30s - mid-50s).

By investing in this cohort we can provide a communal pathway for leaders to navigate the unique challenges of this "middle passage" season and help them emerge as SecondHalf leaders.

SecondHalf leaders are marked by renewed commitment, deeper healing, and the vision to humbly give their best away by raising up the next generation of leaders also marked by wholeness and holiness.

While recent years have seen a growing number of cohorts around the country that seek to provide resources and practical tools for leadership and formation for senior leaders, we believe there is still something missing. We are uniquely experienced (and connected with pioneering domain leaders) in the areas of spiritual formation, transformational coaching, and relational spirituality to develop and launch a new cohort for leaders in this season of life.

This cohort is also the refining lab to create shorter 2 or 3 day retreats for anyone to sign up for and begin the journey towards second-half leadership.
