Inspire Artistic Innovation
Supporting Pottery Northwest strengthens our commitment to innovation in the arts via the Artists-in-Residence program, instructors, apprentices, and staff. Your donation will positively impact our classes, workshops, exhibitions, and hands-on instruction which directly uplift the creative development of students at all levels.

Why Give?
Community Space & Materials - Our creative space is a destination where people from all walks of life can explore the vast world of clay. Your gifts will fund the purchasing and maintenance of specialized equipment, materials, storage, and other studio resources that support your practice.

Artists & Instructors - Pottery Northwest attracts established and emerging artists and teachers to our studio, where they can create, build their body of work, and learn and share skills with our students! Your gifts will help ensure our teaching & resident artists are well funded and supported.

Youth Programming - In 2023, Pottery Northwest will be expanding to provide programs to youth starting with partnerships with the King County Library, Coyote Central, and more. We're dedicated to inspiring the next generation of arts leaders!

New Accessible Programs - As we embed ourselves in our new community space, we want to partner up with local organizations to offer free / low cost workshops for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Your gifts will make these programs possible.

Pottery Northwest is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1966. We have been a trusted and vibrant source of ceramics education in the Seattle arts community ever since. Artists from around the world come to Pottery Northwest in the spirit of artistic dialogue and as a formative step in their professional careers. Located at Seattle Center, Pottery Northwest features world-class professional artist residencies, exhibitions of traditional and contemporary work, community classes, and an engaging lecture series.
