**Club Confident Girls Foundation is a Texas nonprofit corporation. Its application for recognition of federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code is currently pending with the IRS. If recognition is granted as requested, the Foundation expects its tax-exempt status to be effective as of August 10, 2026. The deductibility of any contribution depends on the Foundation’s receipt of IRS recognition and each donor’s individual circumstances. Donors should consult their tax advisors.
