We are at an inflection point and each of us has a role to play to impart change.

To be silent on the issues we are facing, in our communities and across the country, is to be complicit. We must educate ourselves on the systemic bias that still exists in this country and how we can combat it.

It’s our time to act by raising funds to disperse to relevant organizations in the communities in which we live – organizations on the frontlines of the fight for racial justice and equality. Our CEO, Max Levchin, and his wife Nellie have personally committed to an initial donation of $100,000. In addition, every employee donation made during this campaign will be matched by Max and Nellie dollar for dollar up to an additional $100,000 match.
