COFO is a St. Stephen’s w/ Hawaii Food Bank led collaborative of church and community partners  at various sites, formed during the pandemic years which began in 2020. Today the food distributions of boxes and packages, include fruits, produce, meats, chicken, and fish, and provide families with over 50,000 meals each month.
