Where do your dollars go?

Studies show that housing is the starting block. We provide dignified housing, coaching, and envelop residents in an culture of mutual self-betterment. We take a holistic approach to wellness, and instill the inspiration to heal and grow. We don't do case management or programs. We do relationship management during residency. The Co provides financial advisors at every paycheck, custom life-coaching, therapy, personal training and nutrition—just to name a few.

Did you know?

Men consistently make up 70% of all people experiencing homelessness decade over decade. Men also lose their life to suicide 3.9x that of women.

It's estimated that less than 25% of social services help young men after the age of 21. In a culture where misguided masculinity reigns supreme —men after the age of 18 are left by the wayside. We're here to disrupt homelessness with dignified housing.
